Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Technician based in CT. Jobs will mostly be located around New Haven and Fairfield County. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems within commercial and residential properties. They will also inspect and test fire alarms to ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire alarm installations and maintenance Knowledge of fire alarm systems and codes and the
• Ability to keep up-to-date with industry changes
• Familiarity with basic electrical wiring principles and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Licenses, certifications, and/or training in fire alarm systems or related fields are preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
